After knowing the ugly and horrible so-called "documentary" Leaving Neverland will be screened at Sundance and aired on HBO, Channel 4 and some other TV networks, Chinese fans felt angry and confused. So we decided to do something.
With Michael Jackson Chinese Fanclub (MJJCN.com), one of the biggest in the world, we organized and co-organized various events for this campaign with our associates in China to have our voice heard by the public.
During last two weeks, Chinese people gather together in 17 cities to show their support and love for Michael Jackson, expressing their faith in Michael's innocence. Hundreds of Chinese fans also sent #MJInnocent selfies to us to post online to show their support.
From capital city Beijing, to metropolis Shanghai, and to farside of China such as Shangri-La in Yunnan province and Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the initiative spread to the whole China.
We hoped our campaign could also inspire all the fans all over the world to continue fighting for justice for Michael Jackson, and send warnings to those liars, vultures and opportunists. Some powers try to erase and taint Michael's legacy in the history, but we can't allow that to happen and we will move fast to fight that.
Luckily, China respects and loves Michael Jackson. Most of people here don't care about the two accusers and the so-called documentary at all, and most of them don't believe a word they say. So far, there is no negative coverage in China. However, once the show is aired in March, there may be so impacts and news coming to our country, but let's wait and see.
We have also helped fund most of goal amount for a London bus ad campagin, where there will be many London bus carrying MJINNOCENT ad touring the city against Channel 4's decision to air the film. We also donated hefty money to support Taj Jackson's documentary series to shed light on the false information and accusations.
This four-hour so-called documentary is one-sided brainwash propaganda without fact-checking and balanced narratives. And the two men shared the same lawyer and for years, the lawyer coached them well and may try to cover all the loopholes and made consistance in their allegations. My lawyer told me this is very very common practice in the their legal business, sometimes the accusers can even believe their own lies more than truth after the coaching, that's the best scenario they can achieve.
Michael Jackson is innocent and this was approved in court. He doesn't deserve another trial in public opinion. From what time, the United States and media and people can no longer respect courts, evidence, legal system and even FBI's investigations which prove Michael's innocence again and gain? but rather, some of them chose to believe words, hearsay, innuendo of liars who intentionally made damaging and extreme allegations to gain attention and sensation?
Media now share their compassion for the faked victims. But we want to shame them the real liars, vultures and opportunists. People never imagined and thought how these groundless allegations have been hurting and taking tolls on Michael's family, children, friends and fans (and their families) and all those people who loved him so dearly and cherished him as their own family. No way we want our shared memories of Micheal to be tarnished.
We were, and are, and will always be his soldiers of love. Three more cities, including metropolis Chongqing, will witness fan gatherings this weekend. Hopefully we can win eventually and prove Michael Jackson's innocence once for all.
